      Pros

      The culture and colleagues make it a great place to work. good pantry. fresh food and free coffee. fast pace working style is pretty wall street style. expanding firm.

      Cons

      less opportunities to grow. hard to get yourself promoted. Pay raise slowly. Reward less for exceptional work, and treat people more equally.

      Pros

      Excellent resources at your disposal; dedicated colleagues; lots of in-house expertise; management will give you the tools you need. Free food is nice though hardly spectacular. Above average pay and benefits Strong pride and conviction that Bloomberg does it best. Deep commitment to quality (though "quality" can be oddly defined at times.)

      Cons

      Micromanagement, and all the sins that come with. Very little room for creativity or autonomy.
