      You can learn a lot here (if you want to). Salaries are competitive. Lots of nice people and there is tasty free food.

      Cons

      Pretty exhausting. If you do something well you won't be congratulated you'll be told to do it again tomorrow. A lot of internal politics.

      Good Salary Smart people rapidly changing finance world makes it fun to work ownership and work is appreciated and used by clients quickly

      Cons

      less opportunities to grow Lot of oldies - change is tough proprietary technology so you don't gain lot of transferrable skills
