Incompetent Management
No recognition for hard work, strong work ethic
Unequal distribution of work and those who do not do much work at all, get away with doing not much.
Very few people do any real work at all, there are only a few percentage of people who do actual work while others slack off and management although they know about do not do anything at all to correct this.
Low morale hence resulting in many becoming demotivated. No passion or drive by management to grow its people and even if you want to s ucceed, you cant move ahead in your career here at all. Management is not strong enough to provide a clear sence of direction and leadership. Its very poor, and also very demotivating to be in a workplace that although it has a great name, on the inside the lack of growth, development and diversification of skills is limiting.
