Good procedures to bring new employee on board. Good technical help. Good service considering alpha/beta/prod deployments. Well-defined programming framework.
Cons
There are 2 major issues which drastically diminish effectivness and vitality: - Non-diverse teams - HR should be more competent and take a good look at the last names when they do hire - F/T employees might not be displaying enough proficiency - therefore, hiring consultants is the only way to cover up employee incompetence.
