Almost everyone is relaxed, decent compensation

Cons

Impossible to change legacy is everywhere. As a software engineer you deal with configuration and overcoming limitations of current environment most of the time. If you're senior expect up to half of your time to be wasted on meetings. Micromanagement is everywhere due to below average technical expertise in most teams.

Was there 2020 - 2023. Culture was very good, and flexible to switch between teams if you were looking for something new

Cons

A bit process heavy, red tape, and lots of internal tools to learn how to use -- nothing out of the ordinary for a large company though
