Pros

Work culture is good, people are collaborative, the office is really nice as well and there are plenty resources to help you grow.

Cons

The hours are pretty long, 8am - 6pm but compared to more front office finance roles I guess it’s okay. There’s also a lot of fixation on your stats and you’re compared to your colleagues. It’s not enough to do well, you kinda have to do better than your colleagues.
