fancy office, food, beautiful fish tanks. great summer party. Sometimes you can work on interesting projects. For junior software engineer, this is a great place to start a career and great opportunity to learn.

Cons

career path is a problem. If is hard to advance, and you may wind up doing same stuff several years ago.
