Great health insurance, benefits matching, pay and location. Work culture is very understanding

Given the Bloomberg terminal is the main product and is so old, much of the development is centered around it which means bad UI etc. But other than that, great tech stack. Also job progression is ambiguous due to lack of titled positions for promos.
