      Huge opportunity to learn. Collaboration and innovation encouraged amongst developers. Most engineers are easy to communicate with.

      Cons

      Big company syndrome: office is like the street. I. E. Impersonal. Very heterogenous level of character and personality. Still lacks diversity.
