While there are opportunities to grow and helpful colleagues, office politics can severely impact your career progression. The focus often shifts away from merit, leaving hardworking employees overlooked. Unfortunately, this environment can spoil your career trajectory if you're not part of the inner circle.

Cons

Office politics and management decisions led to me being forced to resign. It left me feeling helpless, with no real control over my career despite my efforts and contributions. A disappointing experience in an otherwise promising environment. Not ideal for long-term career development.
