The best reason to work for Boeing is hoping that it will return to its roots when Mr. boeing ran it… But since that is impossible, there is no good reason to work for them as long as the management is the same.

Cons

management will tell engineering to stop testing because they do not want to find any more bugs on safety critical software… This is a classic example of businessmen who decide to run the engineering departments, disregarding advice from their top leading engineers, who are best in the business.
