Great place to work. Friendly atmosphere, and helpful coworkers. Expectations were clearly layed out up front with clear goals and future positions of leadership within reach.

Cons

The site was not in a desirable location, so commuting was a must. The company did not have fitness facilities on site, and little attention was given to suggestions for improvement of work moral.
