Pros

Great benefits, union wages, union rules

Cons

Takes 6 years to max out on pay scale. Need to work a lot of overtime till you max out to afford the greater Seattle area.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Gain good experience working on certain programs. Lots of work coming here.

Cons

No union and thus the pay and benefits are not as good as they should be considering the work they do here. All around very rough around the edges. Facilities very old with seemingly no money put into many parts. Crazy hot in the hanger in the summer. Very much the red headed step child of Boeing, doesn’t even feel like working at Boeing. Locals seem to like it here but people who move from elsewhere are usually not satisfied. All MRO with no production work.
