Pros
Work life balance and benefits. Friendly coworkers and culture. Accommodating management.
Cons
Non technical management pushed for progress without clear picture of how to accomplish the statement of work. Tool development was never supported so we're trying to integrate a 40 year old design with 15 year old technology using 30 year old tools. Instead of fixing the tools and supporting automation, management is dumping all the work onto new hires and foreign workers and exasperating the issue. Culture is waay too resistant to positive change.
