      They have an outstanding work-life balance. There are 2 days of work from the office in a week rule which is also good

      Cons

      1. Very unorganized processes. 2. Too Much politics internally involved. 3. Biased mindset for managers and directors especially in Indian office. 4. Managers are hired wrongly who does know how to manage and respective the team. 5. The absence of HR confidentiality in the company led to a breakdown of employee trust.

      I truly appreciate the strong sense of support among colleagues and love how we’re able to achieve great things together, regardless of our roles or how long we’ve been with the company. It’s inspiring to be part of a team where everyone lifts each other up and contributes to shared success.
