Pros

- For the most part there's a good work/life balance - Great career progression - Great culture - Free breakfast/lunch in the new Manchester office

Cons

- Rigid systems and processes can limit innovation, this is starting to be addressed but will take time to improve. - Some engineering managers don't know how to code, which can sometimes create friction in product teams - Attempting to eventually mandate 40% of time in the office, despite this not being what the majority of employees wanted in a hybrid working model.

Pay rises for current employees was low and new hires ended at graduate level were at some point making close to what seniors which have been a longer time with the company were making.
