It’s filled with lazy employees who look for any excuse to take long sick leaves or inject DEI initiatives into the workplace instead of focusing on results. They rely on 20+ year-old technology and have no plan to modernize, as they don’t even consider themselves a tech company. The C-level has no regard for employees and has happily laid people off while awarding themselves bonuses exceeding $100 million.
