9yHi and thanks for your review. I agree with all your "Pros" and appreciate you flagging them, thank you. With regards to your concerns about Agile, I guess this is an interesting one and I'd welcome the chance to discuss this with you. As you are aware, we have recently restructured into a Product Team focused organisational structure and we are moving towards more Agile ways of working. I would challenge the word "forced" but it is true this is the direction we are taking. As Ian presented when we launched the new structure and asked for feedback, we are taking this route to improve our speed / quality of delivery and this is the approach many successful tech companies take. I don't think anyone here really believes in Silver Bullets but we do believe in teams working more effectively, with more ownership and more empowerment. I accept that we are in a transitional phase at the moment (so not everything will be working smoothly) but I am sure we will get there. As I said, if you have genuine concerns, I'd encourage you to speak to your manager, come and see me or see a member of the people team. Thanks for your feedback Ryan
