      There are a lot of possibilities to learn and advance in career, without compromising your free time. There is a strive to improve wellbeing even though many positions require a lots to be done. Interesting projects and welcoming, international atmosphere. Long careers are typical. Company mission relies strongly on sustainability.

      Cons

      Some overload of work, which takes away engagement, creativity and wellbeing. Some decision dictating from head Office country Austria, and local, more modern ideas don't go through. This might also affect how we are seen by possible future employees.
