-the atmosphere is great and the people you are working with motivates you to progress from the first day. - money is not an issue anymore, which allows you to concentrate on the work without additional stress.

Cons

- approx. 40,000 applications per place - you have to be an outstanding candidate and have numerous achievements to demostrate to interviewer - unique common sence, which helps you see the problem from 'archeological view'.

Fascinating work, very smart people, top benefits and perks, no politics, sustained growth

Cons

It's a lifestyle choice. BCG does a pretty good job at making the work-life balance sustainable , but in the end this, like other high end job, remains a pretty intense work
