Pros
Great benefits & time off policies. Good communities and DEI is still a strong focus, despite current societal views on it. Good people work here.
Cons
Promotion criteria is extremely fluid - there are no true concrete standards that you can point to. You are also punished for asking too many questions or speaking out when something feels unfair. Navigating the NXA office is like navigating high school all over again - hard to know who you can trust or who will throw you under the bus to gain favor with management. Management is clique-ish and plays favorites. Corporate fluff instead of transparency Pay could definitely be better (for admin specifically) - instead of outsourcing your admin work to poorer countries, just pay those you have more and they will stick around.
