Most assignments are done on extremely tight time frames. The projects and problems are extremely difficult, and although this is good, it does place immense pressure on teams

Amazing learning opportunities, voted 'best to work for' for years in a row now, great comp structure (no healthcare premium for example)

Cons

work/life balance obviously - this is a consulting job after all. Depending on the project and leadership, you will work an effective 50 to 80+ hours/week, with most probably around 60 hours. Note that self-training, expense report and travel are on top of that
