BCG GSS is nothing but a black spot on BCG name

BCG brand - since not a lot of know about distinction There is food in cafe (quality debatable), and YoY hikes around 8% (lowest side) - which makes it good

Cons

> Pedigree of ppl is not that great spl oldies who have stayed for long and feel its their office > Limited opportunities to grow > Jealous ppl - who try how to get into politics so that they can grow > People Manager first organisation - HR is just there on paper - they do not exist - if its a global team - they still have the slave culture mindset
