- Slow career growth and progression even as a high performer - Low pay and Bonuses for the BST teams even when handling ERP implementations and extra work - Impossible to Maintain a work/life balance - Random urgent requests flow your way everyday, lack of organization and clear prioritization from leadership - No more learning after a few years within the company, you hit a glass ceiling. - Repetitive admin tasks with little value added yo your learning curve and seniority - BST is seen as 2nd class citizens
