      Good growth, not worth it

      Pros

      Good career opps, mentorship & growth. The people are nice and interesting considering that they are consultants & benefits amazing.

      Cons

      Not sustainable. Lots of empty promises made on what's possible and how much they care about people. They will give you all the perks but at the end of the day you are working like a mule and they have no concern for you burning out. The accelerated 'learnings' are because you consistently shove two normal work days into one with very few breaks, if at all. Very little flexibility on the type of work that you do if you don't want to be stuck in a boring industry. Lots of empty promises on DE&I as well. The pay is good but it's too similar to other firms that won't work you this much.

      -Development and learning -Coworkers at the junior level -Exit opportunities

      Cons

      -Hours -Work life balance -At more senior levels, the 'fair and balanced' review structure becomes arbitrary and highly dependent on finding folks who are willing to lie and say you are perfect 100% of the time I was on a 2x a week presentation to the CEO project that was burning me out mentally and physically. At a Friday meeting, the CEO returned back to the work that our team had done to effusively compliment us and our efforts. Later that afternoon, my absentee principal ripped into me for not doing it faster (it was completed in 2 days). I spoke to a headhunter the following Monday and never looked back.
