Felt like a well-paid slave

Pros

Easy to move to another country/system. Good compensation, but less good if compared to working hours. Good exit opportunities.

Cons

Unreasonable working hours and high unpredictability. Expect 80+ hours/week. Hard to grow in managing people, as the only requested skill is managing other slaves Custom to make things look good "whatever it takes", even if this means "cheating" the client. Focus on the client is often reduced to being a good slave of the client manager which pays us, doing his/her personal interest even when this has negative impacts on the client as a company. Hard to openly discuss issues with BCG managers. No prioritization culture.
