Pros

Great parties, lots of fun, open and trust based environment. Meritocratic and considerate in measuring people performance and rewards. Good work will be recognised. Transparent CDC process with clear metrics. Supportive leadership if you are ready to work hard and have new ideas to improve the service.

Cons

Work not that great. Simple research and data pulls especially when you come with experience. Should have track to consulting. Newer options for content and complex research introduced but they are not tested as yet.

Pros

Great company culture and focus on company events and overall recognition. Great benefits and making employees feel valued.

Cons

Very behind the times when it comes to technology and internal systems. Just now getting to the point where company is focused on a broader scope of growth and development.

Pros

-Salary is top notch, especially out of MBA -Benefits are unparalleled ($5 insurance) -Learning opportunities are fantastic if you get on a good case -Exit opportunities (constant messages from headhunters) -Meritocracy

Cons

-Long hours / horrible WLB -Staffing (particularly in Atlanta, the Consultant staffer is universally hated) -Focus on diversity is lip service (just look at the number of women / minority partners in the office) -Some factor of luck into what partners / cases you get on (if you get a good PL and partner then there can be a lot of mentorship and advancement, but if you get stuck on a bad case early on then you may get stuck in a negative cycle) -Constant stress (though expected because it's client services and everything needs to be client ready at all times / this job attracts a lot of high caliber but highly competitive people)
