Engaging work, incredible learning and development, tightly knit office culture

Interesting work, great culture and environment, good pay and benefits. Friends at work and outside work - I rarely go a weekend without hanging out with other As who have quickly become close friends

Cons

While work is engaging it is also intense - be willing to work long hours and learn when to say no

Pros

The French office is beautiful, with great offices. The offered package is good too, with many benefits however you should negociate it well since there are few perspectives of increase. People are nice to work with and the culture of excellency and extra-mile a big plus if you like your job.

Cons

There are realistically no ways of climbing the ladder if you are in the support functions. You will be stuck at your job without any perspectives unless you are mobile georgraphically.
