Good blend of consulting and executional work

Cons

Absolutely terrible politics, with no people strategy, and no standard consulting promotions (i.e., tenures are kept at 3-4 years on average before a promotion is given, and by the time it comes, most people are already transitioning out). Unfair promotions and advancement with no support from leadership
