      Work-life balance could be difficult to navigate Lots of travel, which could be great for young folks but difficult for a young family person

      Great culture, good people, excellent learning opportunities, interesting work

      Cons

      Some projects are tough in terms of work-life balance, but BCG is the best that I've seen at trying to manage it and make it was feasible as possible.

      Pros

      Your co-workers are some of the smartest, most driven people around. You will be pushed to perform at high standards, yet are supported by your team and other office mentors.

      Cons

      BCG is great, but consulting involves lots of travel, long nights, short deadlines and sometimes unreasonable client demands. Not having done something before is also not an excuse for not being good at it right away.
