      Pros

      It is a great company to work for. their cause is good and I loved the people at the office. Overall a great experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt like the atmosphere was not very collaborative. People kept to themselves when it seemed like working together would be the better option

      - great brand - blue chip clients - lots of opportunities for learning

      Cons

      - very much a luck of the draw firm - which project and partner you work with makes or breaks you - you're only as good as your last case; don't expect any empathy if the case doesn't go well, doesn't matter if it was setup to fail, partners will have a simple strategy to cope with a tough case - blame the team below - even if the case goes well, your career prospects depend on your relationship with your partners - creates a culture of extreme brown-nosing and upward management
