Working with very smart, talented people, exposure to lots of different industries, compensation and benefits, generally more supportive towards individual employees than I've heard with other major consulting firms.

Cons

Standard cons with management consulting - ability to control work hours, projection selection, team members is hit or miss; different regions (even within U.S.) have different philosophies on work/life balance.
