+ Extremely international - work with consultants from Russia, US, Singapore, ... + Open and transparent - our partner is extremely clear, sometimes brutally so on compensation, expectation, decision whether you're up or out + Flat hierarchy - You can come up and discuss with Partner about essentially any of your ideas, just have to be prepared it gonna get tested.

Cons

+ Work hour is sometimes quite harsh for some people, 80 hour is typical, sometimes up to 100+ if you're on a tough case
