Pros
BCG along with other two consulting bulge of bracket is filled with SMRAT people. Although the hour is super long compared to other work in nature, it is definitely worth staying to learn from co-workers. The environment is very open to criticism for each employer's development.

Okay, everything was great except for the long hours. Imagine working more than 21 hours a day for five days straight. I did find a way of learning how to cope with the lack of sleep later on. Yet keeping this life style for more than few years is likely to ruins the health
