      Pros

      - Amazing colleagues, very smart and friendly. Always willing to help out - High responsibility and challenging impactful projects from the beginning - Strong focus on career development, promotions entirely based on merit

      Cons

      - Work hours can be long (depending on the project). There are mechanisms in place to reduce this, but you can't expect a 9 to 5 job - Low influence on the type of projects you get staffed on

      Pros

      You learn a lot, have chance to see a lot of industries and work with very talented people. Especially in BCG, there is minimum hierarchy.

      Cons

      You work a lot. If you are in a difficult project, you don't even sleep enough. You are expected to excel every aspect of the project. Sometimes you need to complete tasks you don't even find meaningful for the project.
