Pros

Good place to learn important business skills, great work colleagues, always challenging work to do. As with all consulting firms, requires commitment and demanding hours, but they recognise the importance of work-life balance, and help you achieve it.

Cons

Can be demanding on home life, particularly if based in an office that requires travel. Small offices can become political.
