Pros

Amazing culture and people (some of my best friends are current / former colleagues); great growth opportunity; Very attractive compensation package

Cons

Many peaks and valleys in your hours, and depending on how busy the office is - can be more peaks than valleys. This is one of the bigger knocks on consulting in general.

Pros

Lots of senior members who are true experts. Can also benefit and learn from the whole BCG organization. Great atmosphere in theoffice.

Cons

Working hours are heavy, they match the rumours (56h week is a habit). Projects abroad are frequent, one has to be ready to fly regularly.
