Great atmosphere. Everyone genuine wants to help and make the company better as a whole.

Cons

Micromanaged. Need to be more adaptable to changes and better work procedures. The old ways are not necessary the best ways in today's society.

Pros

There are many internal and external training's offered for personal advancement paid by the company. There are many company events that allow you to meet and greet everyone/network.You are also allowed jeans (business professional of course). Plenty of room for advancement. Alumni programs offered for past employees.Medical benefits paid 100%.

Cons

There isn't a good work/life balance - you work many hours over your traditional forty.. Strict performance reviews - minimum four times a year.

-You don't know what you will be staffed on till the very last min, hard to plan personal life -Hard to really focus on one area/industry -Long hours mostly
