      Pros

      Wonderful work environment and supporting team for consulting staffs. You get to work with top notch talents solving interesting client problems.

      Cons

      Focus mainly on Fortune 500, dealing with lots of management/operations issues for these companies; much less so on strategy, which had gone in-house for many clients. Very few innovation-type opportunities

      Pros

      Rapid business education that forces you to be structured, rigorous, and nimble in thinking. Broad range of projects from consumer insight, healthcare, and even academic partnership.

      Cons

      Very few role models at Partner level and above. Was repeatedly forced to choose between work and family - caused me much personal consternation with myself and decisions.

So smart, friendly, engaging, diverse. The company takes care of you bigtime. Excellent benefits and perks.
