      Pros

      Extremely sharp individuals, and often quite witty and fun to work with. Diversity of projects means you will never be bored. Opportunities are broad - international projects, sponsored MBAs, secondments and leaves of absence to get experience in other places, temporary reloactions to global offices, etc. Great office bonding activities (club for everything!) Very flat hierarchy - friendly and approachable partners, easy to get help if you need it Excellent access to resources (Knowledge team topic experts, presentation support, etc)

      Sometimes difficult to be staffed onto projects in your industry of interest Long hours

      Pros

      There are a lot of smart people around, so it is good to take example, Very efficient lifestyle of the company, so very easy to learn how to be efficient, Tasks are pretty interesting, you could participate to all parts of the project

      Cons

      There are a lot of internal competition and people usually take you as the competitor. There was no chance to select the project which you like, they took you directly to the project independently from your preferences. There is typical "consulting culture" which is good and bad at the same time
