Great diversity and interesting work Extremely smart people Fantastic culture - people want you to succeed Strong exit opportunities - a wide range of paths

Cons

WLB can be challenging, and is often unpredictable (just like any top-tier consulting firm) If doing a travel project, can be away from home Monday to Thursday

Smart interesting people Ability to work on various different projects , in different industries all the time If you're doing well, really try and make ways for making things work for you e.g. For working mothers Lots of feedback, and ecosystem built around helping you develop if you take advantage of it

Cons

Often tough hours with little scope for much else outside work during the work week More interesting projects often come up tougher hours
