Great mentorship. Everyone is super supportive, and the resources that are provided equip you to succeed. Shows why they are regarded as one of the top consulting firms.

Cons

Thrown into the work, and not much guidance provided. They expect you to be able to work at their standards from day one, and the first few weeks are a struggle.
