      They provide a lot of opportunities to work on different kinds of projects which can help the employees find their own interests and pursue their own career.

      Cons

      Work load is very high. Need to work late in the nights usually. Given the payment level, the salary could be higher.

      Steep learning curve, exposure to variety of industries and functional areas across many geographies, working with a highly talented team, working with a variety of clients

      Cons

      Workload is serious and working can exceed 70 hours, easily. Expsoure to a variety of industries has a down-side in the sense that you are continuously out of your comfort zone
