Pros
Unparalleled access to senior leaders at major organization, ability to see inner workings of top management, and opportunity to learn from some of the best. Very few jobs right out of college would offer such an incredible learning opportunity.
Cons
Constant travel, usually to someplace exceptionally dull. Excessive focus on minor things that don't matter much (e.g. slide formatting) at the expense of actual mentorship opportunities. Less culturally uniform than McK or Bain, meaning greater variation office to office.
