Meritocracy, team spirit, interesting projects and ability to choose from variety of industries or focus on specific industry early in your career if you want. Good compensation package.

Cons

If you staffed on Oil&Gas, Industrial goods or similar clients - be ready for long trips. Work-life balance largely depends on the leadership - if they properly define scope and manage the client. Two similar cases can be totally different for team experience.
