BCG Warsaw is an ideal company for someone who would like to work for Financial Institutions in the future - Warsaw office specilalizes in this area and we do majority of the biggest and most influential projects in banking (including large PMIs, DDs, SFE projects, cost cuttings and many more)

Cons

As a result, apart from energy industry, there is little chance to be staffed on a case in different industry.

Working exclusively with very intelligent people in complex problems with clients from diverse industries. Counterparties are very senior people (you get to be in front of a blue-chip CEO in your first year)

Cons

There is no such a thing as work life balance. The most difficult part is that your personal lifestyle changes with every project
