Wonderful people to work with - you will be challenged, but there is something thrilling about discussing hard problems with brilliant people

Cons

My office was starting to move towards less than stellar jobs, just so they could say they were still growing. Partners ended up taking projects that didn't play to BCG strengths, so associates were underprepared and under supported.

Extremely tough, but broad experience that you can't find from anywhere else.

You can be exposed to very diverse practice areas such as telco, auto, construction, electronics, health care, etc. in a year.

Cons

You can't sleep more than 6 hours a day. Sometimes less than 3 hours. Very challenging work environment. You have to prove yourself every seconds.
