Very big and quite impersonal office with lots of consultants leaving and arriving all the time, travels can be tough

Extremely smart people, great tools, good compensation and benefits. Depending on practice and location - solid roster of clients. Good training program, for those who are proactive. Firm is trying to help with work-life balance, but given the nature of the job, it is hard to do

Cons

Hours and travel can be pretty tough. Promotion policies get a bit political the higher you go.
