Company tries to retain top talent Administrative mobility encouraged although difficult to get based on outside talent Shows appreciation for performance and hard work

Cons

Limited upward mobility for admin staff Low admin staff salaries. They related heavily in benefits and 401k contribution in full salary package No flexible work arrangements for non-consulting off staff (unless in regional role)

Professional, opportunities for careerer growth. It was a great experience to work there. Well paid and prestigious job.

Cons

Very demanding. Sometimes you need to work long hours, but it's not something unusual in Israel. Also had to do some job during weekends.
