Extremely smart people, great exposure to challenging and interesting business problems, great benefit. Very supportive career services people when transitioning out of the firm and great alumni support base.

Cons

Work can be pretty challenging especially for people who are uncomfortable with ambiguity. Clients can be demanding from time to time and expectation is pretty high for BCG consultants.
